With the tribal, ethnic print trend still going full swing, many of the fashionable located in cold weather locations are looking to renowned wool retailer Pendleton for their patterned needs.

Located in Portland, Oregon, Pendleton was initally known for it's manufacturing of blankets, robes, and shawls for the Native American tribes in the local area. Brightly colored, geometrically patterned, and fringed, the company created items until 1896, when the warehouse shut down. In 1909, they resumed production and introduced new designs, colors, and patterns to their product line. They also began producing clothing.

Today, they produce clothes for both men and women, along with home goods and accessories like belts, hats, and jewelry. They've also expanded to plaids and other prints, as well as solid wool products, but the Western wear is still their most popular.

Pendleton is definitely on the pricey side, but luckily, you can find tons of their stuff on Ebay. Forever 21 also makes lookalike garments for great prices, like the Tribal Boucle Sweater, $29, this Tribal Print Sweater Dress, $28, and the Shearling Lined Jacket, $40.
