Denim, denim, denim... I've been on the hunt for a nice, medium wash denim jacket ever since cooler weather starting setting in. I was browsing The Gap's website last week, and I came across this really interesting jacket. While the cut seems rather ordinary from the front, looking at the 360 view made me notice that it had an extraordinary detail on the back: leather patches!

I also liked the ribbing down the front, and the placement of the pockets in the middle instead of on the side. Initially I was concerned with the fit, because it would need to be just right to ensure that the leather plackets were on the right spot and actually on my elbows, instead of above or below.
But I haven't seen many jackets with these kinds of aspects and it was reduced a full 50% from $60 to $30, so I decided to just go with it and buy a large; it could always be tailored. It ended up fitting perfectly and I love love looovvee it!

I've got a Gap jean jacket I've had I'm pretty sure it's going on 10yrs now and it's still as fly now as it was when I paid $60 (full price) for it..
