Burberry's collection was one of the most buzzed about lines of Fall fashion week, and although I'm trying to avoid posting on the Spring 2011 fashions (because no one is wearing lightweight florals right now- and the ones that are doing it are freezing), after seeing Emma Watson out and about, I had to post.
Quite honestly, for a warm weather line, there was an awful lot of leather and other heavy duty materials more suited for fall and winter, and shiny, glitzy metallics just begging to be worn to a holiday party. They followed in the footsteps of the uber rock and roll Balmain line, which also heavily featured metallics and studded, sculpted leather jackets and pants. Alas- these items won't be available until at least March of next year.
