I bought this shirt a few weeks ago for a whopping $9! It's not 100% cotton, but, for what it is, Forever 21 is really stepping up the quality on their items. While they still run super small (this shirt is a large! No way.), the shirt is nowhere near the flimsy, see-through material they've been known to offer in the past. Is Bedford a real university? A quick Google search revealed an online school. So I'm guessing that Gryffindor looking crest is the invention of a rather ingenious F21 designer.
