Rachel Bilson in Roberto Cavalli
I'm normally not a fan of Rachel Bilson. She was on one television show that tanked after a good season, and, like, two movies. (Let's not even discuss her columns for Elle magazine. Which infuriate me.) Why she continues to be photographed baffles the hell out of me, especially considering the fact that she usually looks like she just rolled out of bed.
With that said, she surprised me and looked AMAZING at the Roberto Cavalli Anniversary Party in Paris. Leopard is huge this season, and Rachel managed to pull off a floor-length, spotted evening gown without looking like she escaped from a Vegas showroom.
The silhouette of the dress was elegant and tasteful, offsetting what could have been an otherwise garish print. Her body also looked amazing in it, curvy and glamourous in the style of a 1960's Bond girl. I also like the simple red clutch she used for a pop of color, keeping everything else understated. With a dress like this, any statement jewelry or shoes would have been overkill.
It could have been a perfect 10, but alas- bedhead struck again:
Invest in a brush, Rachel! I beg of you!
