Lucky Amsterdam-based blogger Cindy was invited to have a sneak peek at the Lanvin x H&M collaboration, and she posted these personal pictures on her blog the other day. I know I've done a lot of posts on this, but seeing as how the line debuts in ten days and it's probably going to be madness at H&M's carrying it, I thought you guys might want to have an idea of the quality of the fabrics and the up-close intricacies of the clothes... how they look in real life, not just in high-quality promotional pictures.
I'm not going lie, some of the stuff looks kind of janky, like the dress above (Forever 21 much? And cheap Forever 21 at that). I'm also not really feeling the mustard colored one-shoulder number, which seemed more yellow gold in the original pictures, or the ratty faux fur. Considering the the fact that the prices for these collaborations are usually higher than normal retail, I'll be marking down which ones look best and making my plan of attack now.
